The assessor still thinks you own that 2019 fryer.
Personal property returns, prepared by AI. Filed by experts.
Business equipment is taxed again every year in 37 states and DC, and most asset registers still carry gear that was sold, scrapped, replaced or leased. Reserve’s AI reads your register, removes what you no longer own and what is already taxed with the building, claims the exemptions you missed, and files every return through Reserve Tax Group, with a live tracker.
Agentic AI that does the work, not just flags it.
Nothing is filed until you say go. Levy prepares the return, a Reserve Tax Group property tax professional reviews it, then you approve. Reviewed by a person, not escalated to one.
Trackers you will actually open.

Screens show an illustrative demo portfolio, not a real client.
It finds what you no longer own.
Most asset registers carry years of equipment that was replaced, thrown out or already taxed with the building. Nobody has time to check every line by hand. Reserve’s AI checks every line, every year, before a return is filed.
Old equipment still on the books
AI pairs every replacement with what it replaced. A 2024 fryer bank on the register means the 2019 one should be gone. Remodels, resets and disposals get the same check.
Taxed twice with the building
Every asset is matched against the county’s real property record. Walk-in coolers, rooftop HVAC, paving and lighting already taxed with the building come off the return.
Stores out of line with their peers
Locations of the same type should carry similar equipment. AI compares each one to its prototype and sends any outlier for an asset-level review.
Exemptions and high values
Freeport, per-location exemptions and small-business thresholds are checked in every state. When an assessor values above your return, the location goes on the protest watchlist.

Figures from an illustrative 100-location demo portfolio, not a real client. Results depend on each owner’s asset records and state rules.
The first returns are due January 31.

Levy runs eight specialized agents, each with one job, across every location and every state you file in.

What owners ask first.
When does it launch?
It launches for the 2027 filing season, and we are onboarding now. The earliest statewide deadlines fall in January and February, so new clients are onboarded in order of their first deadline.
How is it priced?
Per filing location, quoted for your portfolio once we see your locations and states. The AI cleanup review, exemption check and protest watchlist are included on every return.
Which states do you cover?
All of them. We file wherever your locations are taxed and confirm in writing where nothing is due, including the 13 states with no general business personal property tax.
Is it AI only?
No. AI does the classifying, matching and flagging. A Reserve Tax Group property tax professional reviews every return before it is filed, and you approve it.
What do you need from us?
Your fixed asset register, a list of locations and a signed agent authorization. If your register is messy, that is normal. Cleaning it up is part of the service.
What if a location is under the exemption?
We file the election where a state requires one, so you can stop filing for that location in future years, and we keep watching in case its value grows past the threshold.
Does it work with your appeals?
Yes. The same locations, notices and deadlines feed real property appeals, tax bills and compliance, so nothing is entered twice.
