Partner with the agentic AI
property tax firm.
Two ways to work with Reserve. Refer property owners and earn a share of every fee we collect from them, for as long as they stay a client. Or bring us in across your whole portfolio as a REIT, PE firm, franchisor, national chain or national multifamily owner.
You know the owners. We pay you for the introduction.
For brokers, lenders, CPAs, tax advisors, property managers, appraisers and consultants. Introduce a client and earn a share of everything Reserve bills them.
One program for every property you own or touch.
For REITs, PE firms, franchisors, national chains and national multifamily or residential portfolios. Reserve covers your owned assets, your affiliates and your franchisees under one agreement.
Paid on every fee, for the life of the client.
Most referral programs pay once. Ours pays a share of every dollar Reserve collects from the client you send: appeal fees, the platform subscription and paid reports. Year after year, for as long as they stay with us.
- What you earn on
- Every fee we collect from the client: the 18% appeal fee, the annual subscription and any reports they order.
- How long
- For the life of the client relationship, not just the first year.
- When you are paid
- Quarterly, after the client pays Reserve. Your client pays our standard pricing; your share comes out of our fee.

You earn on every invoice
Each quarter you receive a statement showing the referred client, what Reserve collected and your share, paid by ACH.
Referral share and terms are set in the partner agreement. Partners disclose the arrangement to clients where their profession or state requires it.

Reserve becomes the property tax vendor for your owned locations and is offered to your franchisees, operators or portfolio companies under program terms.

Referral fees, too
When you introduce owners outside your portfolio, such as JV partners, tenants or sellers, you earn the same referral share as any partner.

Partner FAQ
Does my client pay more because I referred them?
No. Referred clients pay Reserve’s standard pricing: an annual subscription plus 18% of the savings, only when we win. Your share comes out of Reserve’s fee.
How is a referral credited to me?
Your partner code ties the client to you. The client can enter it on the free scan form, or you can introduce them by email and we attach the code for you. If two partners introduce the same owner, the first registered introduction gets credit.
What happens if my client adds properties later?
You earn on those too. Credit follows the client relationship, so new parcels, new appeals and new reports are all included.
Do I need a license to refer clients?
No. Reserve Tax Group and licensed local counsel handle every filing and hearing. You make the introduction. Some professions, such as CPAs, and some states have disclosure rules for referral fees, and partners are responsible for following the ones that apply to them.
We are a REIT or fund. Can we be both a client and a partner?
Yes. Strategic partners get portfolio-wide pricing on their own assets and earn referral fees when they introduce owners outside their portfolio.
