Reserve maintains a national database of commercial property records from public county assessor offices. That pipeline powers Reserve Index for Pro+ subscribers - portfolio-level visibility across your markets. Your own portfolio data stays separate - never shared, never sold, never used to train models.

Reserve maintains a database of commercial property records sourced from public county assessor offices, which powers Reserve Index for eligible subscribers. Your own uploaded portfolio data is kept separate. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models offered to other customers.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted, logged access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
