Uploads, records, and report files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is restricted and logged. We use industry-standard security practices and continue to strengthen them as the platform grows. No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Public data, private portfolio
Reserve maintains a national database of commercial property records from public county assessor offices. That pipeline powers portfolio-level data access for Pro+ subscribers - portfolio-level visibility across your markets. Your own portfolio data stays separate - never shared, never sold, never used to train models.

Appeals are filed and represented by licensed counsel at Reserve Tax Group. Underlying analysis is treated as confidential work product and handled with professional care.

Who we are
Reserve Tax AI LLC and Reserve Tax Group LLC are Wyoming limited liability companies with a principal place of business at 524 Broadway, New York, NY 10012 (together, “Reserve”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use reservetax.ai and our Services.

Information you provide. This includes your name, work email, company or fund name, an optional referral or agent code, tier interest, and any portfolio or parcel data, documents, and messages you submit.
Information collected automatically. This includes basic usage, device, and log data, and information from cookies or similar technologies used to operate and improve the site.

We use information to provide, maintain, and improve the Services, to communicate with you and respond to inquiries, to secure the Services, and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We share it only with service providers who help us operate the Services and are bound by confidentiality, when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a business transfer.
Your portfolio data
Reserve maintains a database of commercial property records sourced from public county assessor offices, which powers portfolio-level data access for eligible subscribers. Your own uploaded portfolio data is kept separate. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models offered to other customers.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest and restricted, logged access. The Services run on cloud infrastructure holding SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certification; those certifications are held by our hosting platform, and Reserve does not hold an independent SOC 2 attestation. The property records that drive appeal analysis are sourced from public county assessor offices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or de-identify it.
Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, a copy of the information we hold, or that we stop certain processing, by emailing info@reservetax.ai. Depending on where you live, applicable US state privacy laws (including in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states) may give you these and related rights, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and the right to appeal a denied request. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. We will verify and respond to requests consistent with applicable law, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
