Over four years, Nathan worked on assessments, valuation reviews, and appeals across commercial real estate portfolios nationwide. At Deloitte, he advised owners and investors on valuation, assessment review, and appeal strategy. He built the evidence packages and valuation models behind filings, and represented properties in informal and formal hearings with county assessors. Earlier, he handled property tax valuations and appeals at Eversource Energy.

The same pattern showed up everywhere. Portfolios were over-assessed cycle after cycle, and almost none of it ever got reviewed. It wasn’t that owners didn’t care.
